Jim Shaughnessy is a research analyst on the RS Growth Team. RS Investments was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2016 and is a Victory Capital investment franchise.

He has worked in the investment industry since 2011. Before joining RS, he was a Vice President covering Internet stocks at RBC Capital Markets, having previously spent time at Mizuho Securities USA Inc and Oppenheimer & Co.

Mr. Shaughnessy holds a BA in economics from Trinity University and an MBA from University of Michigan.
