Log in to https://mysecure.vcm.com/documentcenter. Select the year and from the Document Category drop-down menu box, select “Statements.” This applies only if you have elected e-delivery.
From the login page, click on “Forgot User ID?”. In the box that says “Member Number,” enter your Member Number. Note: Your Member Number is different than your Online ID. Follow the instructions provided to retrieve your Victory Capital User ID.
