The Victory Government Securities Strategy seeks to provide a high level of current income consistent with the preservation of principal. The principal investment approach is to invest at least 80% of assets in securities issued by the U.S. government, its agencies, and instrumentalities.

Philosophy & Process

The Victory Government Securities Strategy seeks to build, bond-by-bond, a yield-focused portfolio to generate strong total returns by investing in securities issued by the U.S. government, its agencies, and instrumentalities. The Strategy invests primarily in U.S. dollar-denominated Treasury bills, notes, and bonds; Treasury Inflation Protected Securities; mortgage-backed securities backed by the Government National Mortgage Association, the Federal National Mortgage Association, and the Federal Home Loan Mortgage Corporation; collateralized mortgage obligations; and repurchase agreements collateralized by such investments.
