Zach Winters is a portfolio manager and senior fixed income analyst for Victory Income Investors, which was formerly known as USAA Investments, a Victory Capital Investment Franchise, and was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2019. Along with his role as portfolio manager, Mr. Winters is also an analyst covering the commercial mortgage-backed securities, cell tower, and lodging sectors. Prior to joining the fixed income team, he was on the equity research and asset allocation teams at USAA. Mr. Winters joined USAA in 2007. Mr. Winters holds a BBA in finance from Texas State University and an MBA from St. Mary’s University. He is a CFA® charterholder.
