Rose Ziegler is a junior equity analyst for the RS Global team. RS Investments was acquired by Victory Capital in July 2016 and is a Victory Capital investment franchise.

Ms. Ziegler assists with portfolio strategy, sector analysis, idea generation, and stock selection and monitoring. She is a sector generalist with research coverage across industries, that focuses on business quality and growth.

Prior to joining RS Investments in October 2022, Ms. Ziegler held several positions at Moody’s Investor Service, including Team Leader and Sr. Financial Associate. She was responsible for research and recommending relevant financial data in rating transactions. She began her career in the investment industry as an Investment Banking & Venture Capital Analyst for Pharus Capital in San Francisco, CA.

Ms. Ziegler graduated from Santa Clara University with a BS in Political Science and has an MBA from Golden Gate University.
