Weighted Average Maturity is the weighted average amount of time until the securities in a portfolio mature. The higher the WAM, the longer it takes for all of the holdings in the portfolio to mature.

Average Effective Duration is a duration calculation for bonds that have embedded options. This measure of duration takes into account the fact that expected cash flows will fluctuate as interest rates change and is, therefore, a measure of risk.

30 Day SEC Yield is a standard yield calculation developed by the SEC for bond funds. The yield is calculated by dividing the net investment income per share earned during the 30-day period by the maximum offering price per share on the ast day of the period. The yeild figure reflects the dividends and interest earned during the 30-day period, after the deduction of the fund's expenses.

30 Day SEC Unsubsidized Yield does not reflect any fee waivers/reimbursements/limits in effect.

Dividend Yield (or “Dividend Rate”) is the dividend per share for the last 12 months divided by market price, excluding return on invested capital.

Tax Equivalent Yield is the interest rate on a taxable security that would provide a return matching that of a tax-exempt security. To calculate the taxable equivalent yield of a 5% municipal bond, divide its yield (5%) by 1 and subtract your tax rate. Investors in the 20% tax bracket would need a taxable yield of 6.25% to match a 5% tax-exempt yield.

NAV % change is based on the last trade from the previous day’s close and does not represent the returns an investor would receive if shares were traded at other times.

Bid/ask midpoint is the midpoint between the highest and lowest offer, as of the time that the Fund’s NAV is calculated, generally around 4pm (eastern time).

The median bid/ask spread is calculated by identifying the national best bid and national best offer ("NBBO") for each fund as of the end of each 10 second interval during each trading day of the last 30 calendar days and dividing the difference between each such bid and offer by the midpoint of the NBBO. The median of those values is identified and that value is expressed as a percentage rounded to the nearest hundredth.

Market price is the price of the last reported trade on the fund’s primary exchange.

Premium/discount % indicates whether the ETF is currently selling at a higher or lower price than the current value of the securities in that portfolio.

The Morningstar risk rating, or simply Morningstar rating, is a ranking given to publicly traded mutual funds and exchange traded funds (ETFs) by the investment research firm Morningstar. Risk is assessed across five levels designed to help investors quickly identify funds to consider for their portfolios.

Funds receive ratings ranging from 1 to 5, with 1 given to the worst performers and 5 for the best. The ranking is based on variations in a fund's monthly returns—with an emphasis on downside variations—as compared to similar funds.
