Roy Willis is a Senior Portfolio Implementation Specialist for the VictoryShares and Solutions team. In his role he oversees the day-to-day management of the Victory Solutions business, which includes mutual funds, VictoryShares ETFs, and several separate accounts.

Mr. Willis joined Victory in 2018, with 8 years of investment experience. Prior to becoming a member of the Victory Solutions Platform, he held the role of ETF Portfolio Manager at Arrow Institutional Advisors.

Mr. Willis holds a B.S. in Computer Science from Oakwood University, a master’s degree in health information systems from Loma Linda University, and an M.A. in statistics from Columbia University. He holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation.
